Off topic, but I myself am penning a couple things and I was wondering if you had any advice on a thing or two in getting them published. I know, so vague, but I'm really open to anything you wish to impart.

Thank you both @arsenic_and @bakuto ~ my best advice is yo check out createspace it allows you ti self publish and be a part if every step, if you dont have the ability to do something needed for your book they have packages and things set up (like if you need illustrations, or your book layout formatted etc.) They also have the ability to directly get your books sold through amazon worldwide, and sometimes even on B&N.com they also have a special program to format a kindle version of your book which is also very useful. The site is extremely easy to use, and a lot of fun actually!
