so yeah, I've been a little busy here with a few things. I've been working on a little business project of mine during the day, and then I have my job at night as well. The time inbetween is reserved for surfing, but lately I've been having all of these things happen... abdominal pain that hasn't completely gone away for about 2 weeks; a shoulder joint pain that's been there for over 2 months; and finally a back injury I just did last night that might be kinda bad! ugh 
other than that I think I'm pretty healthy
