Have a good trip to Miami and enjoy the sunshine + the meat - I soooo enjoyed the abandonment of vegetarianism and returning to being a carnivore.. life is too short and meat is so tasty.. trips to the supermarket are so much more interesting when all the meat and fish options are available again!
