I've had plenty of "anxiety attacks" in my short life, though they're mostly in the past now. I had a really bad spell around five years ago where I'd wake up in the middle of the night and not know who I was. I'd be paralyzed with fear, go really cold - all the blood withdrawing to the centre of my body; I'd get pins and needles in my hands and feet, and then start shivering; eventually my whole body would go into spasms like I was having a fit. My Mum ended up giving me these powerful prescription drugs of my Dad's just to calm me down. Fun times.

Well, if you are going to UL, I have an announcement for you. We at SPEAK, the student environmental org on campus will be holding a weekly film series outside at Fletcher on Friday nights at 7:30. It is FREE, so you must show up. I usually have to work, but you should go anyway. It is projected on the building, weather permitting.

Not too bad when you're 35. I don't want the relationship back. I don't think she does either. She just wants me to be the person she's projecting me to be, and it's just one disappointment for her after another.
I just want to build a friendship around the closeness that we have, but she has to allow me to be who I AM, rather than the image she has in her head.
I'm not so bad.
Just not what she wants. And it's mutual.
Glad you enjoy the diary.
I got a million stories from the past 35 years. Most just as weird, if not weirder.
Most best left in the past...now is the only thing that's real
