i have really bad panic attacks sometimes too. i think one of the worst things about them are how random they are, how you won't even be thinking about anything at all and all of a sudden you feel like you're losing control. it really helps to have good friends that understand and can help though.

I get panic attacks every night before I go to bed. I've had them for years, so I'm used to them....but every once-in-a-while I'll be kept awake for hours stressing about the same ol' shit I always have to deal with.... meh...

heyoo. i sailed in here one day, for a trip to sg is not complete without a visit to the torchbearers of classic pin-up style, namely you and bettina! and you seemed in a bad place. so i check up again, and you seem in a slightly better place. still a little confused. so take this for what it's worth from a stranger.

a while back one of your sg peers (fyi, it was presley) put something up on her journal detailing some kid on myspace that killed himself. testimonials left from his friends showed so much distress and pain he left, that huge hole he left in other people's lives by leaving them, and presley said that she hoped, just maybe, it would cause people to take the phrase 'love life' more seriously. that resonated with me, you see.

took me a LONG time to learn this. may take you a while, too. but hope is something you have to be vigilant about....

It's true.

Living alone can be very tough though.. I've found having nice sane roommates is the best for me. But this took awhile!

I moved out when I was 16 or 17. And I have gone back for no more than 2 months since. I have lived with roommates, by myself and with a girlfriend. By myself is the best. Hands down. No contest. There may be a bachelor opening up in my building... $400 inclusive, and they're nice, right downtown... I have no advice other than; read 32 Stories!
