Yes you are totally right on the third world experience.
I've never shared this with the world of SG but in school my best friend was almost my brother his parents even took me in for a spell coz it was too insane at my home.
His mom was of Irish and Italian american descent and his father was a Philippino national.
This man was a real inspiration tom me and I thank the stars on the regular for meeting this great familly wich took me in.
So there you have it my very own Philippino conection.
Of what dgree I'm not sure but it's the one that saved my ass from being a total reform school case
