Well, the Devils Gift record came out today in Germany. Usually when one of my records come out some world disaster occurs or something breaks or blows up. So far today none of that has happened. I'm not sure if that scares me or comforts me. For some strange reason all my records are always released in September, so i figured something would go wrong...

Apparently the name Devils Gift is a difficult name for the average person to accept. Especially those that are extremely religious. So we went to do a band photo shoot yesterday. It was set up to be shot at this place called Box Sanctuary about an hour outside of Orlando. It's one of those garden estate places with a cool bell tower in the middle....

So i think i'm finally catching up on some rest. Took yesterday off and went to the mall. God, i hate the mall, but i need some new stage clothes so needed to get some ideas. Ended up buying one thing and spent the rest of the day feeling guilty about spending money on myself. God, i have issues. Saw the season premier of House...

Your scaring me. It's still September and your already decorating for halloween? That means thanksgiving will be soon and that means Black friday ...and that means Christmas shopping. We are at that time of year when I like to freeze time, because I would have a midget and make him do my shopping for me!!!!!! It's only fun when you find the random find for someone and you weren't looking and there is no reason. Hope you went to Florida mall!
punknitemike:
you should just use your Halloween decorations for Christmas, that would rule!

I AM TIRED! I don't mean just tired; i am fucking tired. You know how you wake up feeling like you haven't slept but as soon as you jump in the shower you feel awake. Well, shower, coffee, and everything else i can think of is still not waking me up. I just can not catch up on sleep. I need a vacation. Going to...

So i wake up this morning still drunk (long night and needless to say i'm never drinking wine again) and go outside to smoke a cigarette. In the door handle is one of those stupid flyers crazy christians stick in your door while sleeping. Normally i don't even bother to read them and usually just throw them away. This one though had a very interesting...

Hmmm so thinking has consequences. Yeah progress, getting outta the cave, music, literature and advances in medicine. I sure could do without thinking - not

Ok so finally home. The hurricane didn't blow my house away and the floods didn't float it down river. It is fucking hot here though. I don't remember it being that hot when i left. Not feeling too good right now. I think i'm fighting a cold, flu, or something. The band started practicing while i was gone, so i think all is going well....

The Mist has always been one of my favorite short stories by Stephen King and i think the Movie is one of the best adaptations of his work so far. I loved how they put the focus away from the monsters and onto the religious dispute. But the best thing is the ending, which is NOT by King ! It was a brilliant Idea to tell the story exactly up to the point where the short story ended (I exactly remembered the last scene from the story even after many years) and then take it just one step further and turn it into something completely different smile

And where did you see spiders ? I remember tentacles and giant insects, but no spiders confused

Started the week out at Bloodstock in the UK. Literally i was out in a field in the middle of nowhere for a 3 day metal festival. I'll tell you i had the time of my life. Slept in a tent for 3 days and literally was drunk the entire time. Had to do all this press on top of it and the best part...

Glad you enjoyed Bloodstock - but it's the wettest August in the UK for 150 years, so you get a medal for sleeping in a tent.

You are so right about Ryanair - I was stranded in Dublin overnight when I found that the return flight they'd sold me just didn't exist. They refused to refund the ticket because it says in the small print you should always check at an airport that a flight actually exists. (Me: 'But you've just sold me something that doesn't exist! Look - 19.30 tonight, printed on the ticket. Seat 19 b.' Ryanair: 'It's your fault. Read the small print in future.']

Good luck with the tour.

Ok so i did watch a movie at home this past Friday. Anyone who has seen a preview for a movie called Funny Games and thinks it might be good DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I honestly want those 2 hours of my life back. The acting was great, but it really was the worst movie i have ever seen. After seeing it i still...

i knew what the point of the film was; i just didn't think it was handled very well. I think i should definitely check out the original though. Maybe my problem was i wasn't effected by the violence. I have a habit of always expecting more than get.

Sorry to say no movie reviews this week for you. Last weekend wasn't too exciting. Was so tired from everything last week pretty much just chilled and did nothing over the weekend. I did hit the beach for a couple hours again on Sunday though. Attempted skim boarding for the first time in a very long time. Nothing broken, so i think it was a...

Ok so i actually went and had a grown up night on Friday. Nice dinner, nice wine, and i even put on a dress. Funny thing though even with a nice dress on i still look like a freak. Ended the night off with a little X Files 2. To be honest with you, i really liked it. You could tell they didn't have much...
