HI, Ashtanga is a great form of yoga! I studied for it for a while, and my teacher has a video of the 3rd series as taught by the man himself, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Write me back if you want to exchange yoga stories.

I'm not sure there is an english word for it as such - I've always just clled it 'steaming my head'...

Also good is to put eucalyptus oil in a hot bath and have a good soak - more comfy than the head over the bowl at least.
