Unfortunately some days anxiety wins, I take my day and hope things go better. Just music in my earphones calm me down

I’ll often take myself into a different room or location or situation to immediately remove me from whatever physical space I’m in. Maybe wash my face and hands, put on different clothes, anything I can do to put distance between me and wherever I was when the anxiety was triggered.

I can feel autumn approaching and it's my favourite season here in the UK. It's cold, the leaves turn orange and yellow, I get to wrap up and be cosy, hot chocolates, movies under blankets, walks in the park and of course, Halloween.

Everything about autumn is the best! It's the first thing I've looked forward to in a long time, especially during the pandemic....
