No,but I hear it's great for staying in shape.I do work-out 3x a week w/ 1 of those"total gyms"that fit in the corner of a room.But w/ Tai Chi ya don't take up any space&can be done anywhere!Sounds worth checking out!Thanks for the heads-up!xoxo
