This has been nose bleed week for me

I'm tired. I felt like I have lost litres of my blood, which I probably haven't because I think the human body contains 3-4 litres something.
I have probably lost about a tablespoon maximum all week.

Still I feel...uhm...not so good. Every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is start bleeding.
