Your question "Have you found and embraced yours?" referring to "inner magic", and your set about being so witchy, made me think of the book recommendation I just made to @dahliaray : The Warlord Chronicles. You can read more about it in my comment on her page, but the depiction of magic is fascinating. Realistic and respectful, though ultimately tragic because we know which religion won out. Nimue, Merlin, and Morgaine are each fascinating characters whose different relationship to magic evolve over the books.
