Yeah, "The Miracle of Mindfulness" by Thich Naht Hanh is a good book. As interesting as Budhism is I could never go in for it myself, I can't give up desiring things.

Practically an alcoholic? Hehe I didn't pud down the pint glass the other night. Some girl blew me off so i went through about 10 pints of "golden monkey' which is 10% alcohol I believe. Then I went to three bars after that. I was ytold I had at least 3 Guinness and a Belgian called Delierium Tremens. There ma have indeed ben an irish car bomb in there as well.
