my computer had a virus so i had to re-format the hard drive. when i was loading my drivers i realized that i had not been sent a disc for re-installing my modem. then, when i received the disc from dell, my computer was not wanting to find the modem. after spending nearly 4 hours with tech-support, the lady decided that she would send me a different disc. blah. the new disk should be here on monday or tuesday, so hopefully i will have the internet running in a matter if days.

I am always happy when someone brings a political topic to the table. Thank you for making me think today. We are all such hipocrites anyway, it is no use denying it. No matter how much I want to stand for something, I am not educated enough to know everything about it. So it is hard not to be ignorant sometimes.
And as a addition to diseases as population control:
Why do people think there is AIDS? The main way of contracting it is through procreation...isn't that telling us something? Stop having so many fucking children!!! And secondly, why are we trying to cure Cancer. I mean I totally sympathize with anyone who loses a person to the disease, and I think it is horrible, but we can't go around playing god and curing the disease that would kill us, if nothing else did. Did that make any sense?
And lastly, I love animals to no end, and esecially my cat, does anyone know of a good organic cat food? Just wondering....

i'm super glad myself that the strokes have attemped to bring back garage style rock and roll. the lyrics i posted are from "someday"... currently my favorite song they have released. i'm not exactly sure what "last night" is about, but judging from the content of the lyrics i would say that its about a girl who feels as though she's not getting enough attention from her man and he's sick of dealing with her insecurities. i don't know though... just my pestimistic interpretation i suppose. maybe "last night" fits more correctly with the way i was feeling earlier...
