so um ... yeah just saying hi ... I was reclusive for a while but I'm back and in working mode on the veg project. You should consider going organic if you haven't already (hickory smoked buttholes are out) ... the difference if fucking unbelievable. I've only been eating organic for couple months and I had a dish of normal vegetables recently and got sick for hours. I literally felt the chemicals coarsing through my viens.
And now I lift up large people for a living.
