I tend to startle Indian restaurant owners because I was raised from 2 to 3.5 by a Northern Indian Hindu family so I eat my Indian food like a native. If it is not hot enough I send it back so I generally get the kitchen staff coming out to watch the cracker eat. Lil. I aurally understand Hindi as it was my cofirst language I just cannot respond anymore.
