One issue that should be addressed is the whole naked on the internet forever thing. some folk really don't think it through--and a career in nursing, public health, public education can be nixed by one measly boob... --so a rule of thumb: if you are afraid an employer is going to find out, don't do it; if you see this as a part of your employment portfolio, rock on!
