today is the first shift I am working ALONE at my new job. Day shift. Easy-peasy.
But I woke up with a really really bad stomach ache/nausea...

Some construction workers busted a water main this morning around the corner from my house.
SOOOOO our water turned off. And it won't be back for houurrsssss.

What I wonder is WTF are these dudes thinking doing construction on Sunday? I seriously am starting to hate the construction guys around here, they never stop making noise and wrecking my lifeeeeeee ahhhhhhhhhhh

Believe me, as soon as you got a real job, you'd be wishing for the opposite. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. I work with attorneys and judges, I make good money, have (some) power and influence to help people in their lives with legal matters......but at the end of the week I'm so stressed out and burned out that I just want to quit and go mop bathrooms at McDonalds. Real jobs aren't really all that......believe me, I envy YOU. smile
