I've been working in a bar for a while. Working on saturdays was great. All the happy people and all the fun.

As for my dog, he's good and he is all healed up. I have not heard anything from the neighbors yet. Hopefully tomorrow I will know some news.

I just bought my plane ticket..

I have an absurd layover in Dublin -- about 12 hours-- but I'll be flying again on the same airline so I think that leaves me enough to get out and grab a pint or 2 ... smile

back in Montreal...

came home and this house is so dirty! the FLOOR! it smells like stale beer and like the cat box hasn't been scooped.
my sink is also full of water with dishes soaking (I guess...) but the dish rag is in the water a well.

I am fucking nervous about tomorrow's election.
I am driving home to the US to vote.
I have never voted before-- one year I lost my absentee ballot too close to the deadline to get a new one, another year I never GOT an absentee ballot-- oops-- this year, though, will be the first presidential election I am old enough to vote in.
