I was once with a bunch of friends in a hotel room, and the only thing on TV was a Sex & The City Marathon...by the 4th episode, I was sucked in!

I am torn about sex and the city. Guess it is too New York for my LA tastes. Have to agree about Charlotte and state that Miranda is my favorite and I wish that Sara Jessica Parker would gain about 20 pounds.

Oh my god; you have no idea how much I can relate to the fear of losing your cat! My family has 20 (!) cats, and two of them are cats we've had since I was in high school...and I've lost ALOT of cats in my lifetime, so I'm well-aquainted with the sadness of losing pets.
When one of my cats, Skunkie (my parents named him) dies, my brother and I are getting matching tattoos with his portrait, and his name and date of birth/date of death...

Well, I'm glad to hear that the kittie's back safe and sound, and that the new place is going well. And I'm sorry to hear that your friend is leaving...man I hate it when friends move away....
