Why do SGs and even hopefulls do their shoots with half done tattoos? Better bare skin then some crappy looking outline job. I'm sure that when the tatt is done it will look fine. But why not wait to do your shoot until after the tattoo is done; or do the shoot before the tattoo? to me, it's really distracting, like doing only one side...

I know what you mean, and recently there have been some sets posted with unfinished tattoos that looked fine. I just finished my first hopeful shoot and I can understand why someone would not want to wait. I guess in the end it's like anything else, looking at the photos from a members perspective and thinking "does this photo really look good?"
