so apparently physical therapy is the shit! I have only gone to two sessions and done most of the exercises that I was told to do...most days

physical therapists are great. i noticed improvement in just two sessions too. but even so, it still took 6 months to finish fixing me. just have to remember to stick to the exercises no matter how strange and weird the may seem. my therapist always seemed shocked when i told her, yes, i was still doing my exercises.

I will be checking those out. I recently got facinated by gender psychology when i read "Why Men Don't Listen and Women Can't Read Maps" It really is facinating how human eveolution has defined many of the behavioral norms we have today.
