Wish I could make you one! Since a few years now I switched from Nespresso to a semi automatic authentic Italian espresso machine with a E61 group head. It was quite a learning curve to get a good espresso out of it, but I would say I got it dialed in now. As I kept learning about making espresso, the biggest revelation was that the grinder is just as important, if not more, than the espresso machine.

@skisby well it helps with my anxiety, and clears my head. Also the PT session was included with my gym membership renewal... so lots of reasons I guess.

@stewmungous I start with jump rope to warm up most mornings. Then I either do a long walk or a zumba class. I love weight lifting but can only get to the weight room every other Saturday. I'd like to try and do more weights. I do bike sometimes but just leisurely.
