I think you can sue your landlord for breach of the Landlord/Tenant act.
I'm not too familiar with the Oregon law, but I'm pretty sure there would be some stipulation in there regarding prior notification before entry.

all of my friends are camping up in Oregon this week - at some party called "Oode" (Oregon OutDoor Experience - or something like that) - its like out in the middle of nowhere - kinda a burning man, but in a mountainy kinda way - mostly people from SF I think... I wasn't quite down with the 12 hour drive - plus, no one really to snuggle with in the wild!
have your heard the new Goldfrapp album yet? Its kinda... different... growing on me though!

I myself have just come out of a pretty serious period of introspection, (something about turning thirty) and feel ready to make some big life decisions and take some sort of action in regards to career and other big picture shit.
something just came to mind..... when there's something you want to integrate into your life, and you start by doing it for just a few moments a day, then gradually devote more and more time to it, then after a while you will look back and find that it's just something you do, it's ingrained in you, and has become second nature. then one day you'll say to yourself "holy shit, this is what I DO now!... how did this happen?"
It's painfully simple and quite obvious, and I don't know exactly where that came from or why I wrote it, I guess I was just thinking of how one day I decided I was going to make music. and now it's what I do.
but it all started somewhere. with a decision, and a little action every day, maybe for just an hour. I guess that's the point. whatever. feel free to ignore the kid before he has 2 cups of coffee in him
