I think your ex will have to get worse before he gets better. He`ll probably wake up one day feeling shit, with nothing to look forward to, and realise that its all his own fault and the things he thinks he values are not worth much. Maybe then he`ll make a real effort.
I guess as well you were looking for a distraction that turned into a silly drama. No wonder you`re a little down. Resting up sounds like a plan. Drama here on SG...no fun reading it anymore when people who seem really intelligent and sweet are leaving over it.
But I can't really go out and enjoy my saturday because it's raining/snowing/hailing/blowing

Yikes I have new adventure plans...wan't to take the trans syberian express from moskow to bejijng....do some damage to china in support of tibet then travel down through laos to Thailand. Of course I have to finish up in thailand again.
Let's see if I can make that happen at the end of this year.....

Just got home from a peaceful demonstration against the Chinese occupation of Tibet.
About 300 of us, not many because it's freakish cold, but beautiful just the same. We held candles, sung Tibetan prayers and the Tibetan national anthem, heard stories about what has been happening and chanted for freedom.
The chanting was funny it more or less boiled down to the following:
I love flamenco dancing so I was so happy to see Cuadro Flamenco and Daniel Navarro dance last night. I even met him and blushed Here's a vid of one of his solo performances. Leg work is amazing so much passion and discipline. It blows my mind away. He has such a great ass too, haha!

I just had a look at your previous journal and I can absolutely understand that it makes you sad people don't seem to give a fuck about anything important. I posted a journal about animal rights last week and although some people commented on it I mostly got evil messages from haters. It seems that outside of groups committed to a certain issue you can't really talk about anything vaguely serious because people just don't get it. Sad, but true.
