sorry to say this but your in a real spot, HR may back fire on you as well but what it sounds like is if your BM has it out for you and threatens to do something then take that to the DM and tell him if you are being singled out then you will go to HR to resolve the issue if he can't. Always let the lowest level resolve your issue and if that don't work skys the limit. hope that helps alittle. oxox ink

Somehow you have to submit your new profile pic and SG has to approve it before it goes up. They do a round of approvals every month or so and then everyone's changes at the same time. Hope that helps.

hey webdevs! what you did is cool, multi checkboxes and all , but... all i wanna do is get to where i wanna go.
its much easier to navigate the HP, Sun, MS, RH, VMW, Citrx, Csco, Brocde sites looking for info then to navigate the SG site ('specially when you consider that i've tilted a few before hitting the SG site... urp).
