Not to sound cheesy but the coach of my favorite football team preaches "win the day" I've been trying to adopt this mantra because that's all we can ever do really right? Is win each day or at least attempt to. I sit within my thoughts often as well and over analyze and plot things out and try to look for when things might change. Here is my favorite quote about time "The thing I like most about time is that it's not real. It's all in the head. Sure, it's a useful trick if you wanna meet someone at a specific place in the universe to have tea or coffee. But that's all it is, a trick.
