Hi SGland!

This blog is for asking for some advice to get motivated at fitness life and workout routine. Lately and due some issue problems I let very careless my workout routine and I want to find the motivation to restart and see results while I do my train (My train are really cardio and do some work at the machines and more cardio)

@pascipio thank you so much for your words 😘 @kalchaamer now I have to stop with training because a lost a lot of weight this months (My weight at this moment is 42 kg, 92.69 pounds I think 😒). Maybe is due to my new medication, hope to gain some pounds to have a healthy body. Finger cross

Ugh, yeah, 42kg is def pretty less!! Eat, sweetie ;-) Will start running in August after then 7 weeks of break... And maybe swimming after 3/4 year... πŸ™ˆΒ  Ofc crossing my fingers for you!!!
