Heh, ironically...we're about the same build, but I'm sure my extra height(haven't looked at your stats recently to verify) compensates for some of it. If I'm right about your general body size ratio, then you could safely go down to 110-115 but I would ask your doctor to give you your "safe" weight as well as your "danger" weight. I could easily start listing foods and such we could/should both be doing to getting to our desired physical parameters, but I'm sure you're aware already :-p. First thing I do after this move....find a bloody pool!!!!!! I promise to come up for air once in a while O
