holaaaaa!!!! gracias x el consejo , y me alegra mucho que tengamos los mismos objetivos jaja!!! aunke ya llevo rato sin comer carne xq no me gusta y el pescado lo fui dejando gradualmente, ahora estoy mirando recetas de vegetarianos, hay muchas buenas!!! un beso y hablamos estos dias que ya si estare por aqui!!
