I am still waiting for a pre-trail conference on a first time, .08-.1, DUI. I don't excuse my actions, but I love going to court for something that wasn't a crime 5 years ago.
I wore a suit to my arraignment, and 2 court clerks (and another defendant) thought I was an attorney.

Getting to work yesterday in the rain wasn't that bad as it turned out. I thank all of you for your kind words. I managed to stay warm and dry bundled up with three coats, and just beat the lightning!

Snow is coming soon to Philly, so i must now prepare by playing God of War on the PS3 and having a drink. It's the best way to get ready for bad weather. I swear to God.

I got my bike fixed up yesterday, and got a lock for it today. The weather was nice so I rode it to work. It only took 20 minutes. I'm going to make an effort to do that every day.
