Today is the first day of the new year and I hope it's even better than 2019. I have a lot in store for 2020. LOTS of growth and hard work. I plan on finishing a bunch of projects so I can start some new ones, working with more people, being kinder to others and myself, travel a little more and be present more.

My favorite DIY gifts have evolved over the years. When I was younger I made snow men out of towels and ribbon. When I grew out of that it was cookies and decorative boxes my Dad and I would make. I never really made a DIY gift that was functional lol Art is a huge one too, Paintings, drawings, sculptures and trinkets. I tried to...

This is a great question. On reflection, my favorite would be sharing insights I've gained about overcoming chronic anxiety, depression and self esteem issues. I keep talking about writing books and if you keep inspiring me like today, I may even do it and then I can give those away. Second would be taking my friends' slow, miserable computers and making them like new by reinstalling all the software. With some well chosen utilities and configuration, they will be even better and nicer to use than new. It comes from my love of industrial design which is about making objects that enhance people's lives to the extent that it's possible for whatever item it is. Bless you dear, and thanks for the cute picture!

"Life changing decisions" is a hefty thing to think about.

I first think about the moral stance of it and if I would feel guilty at all. I often make decisions based on realistic posibility and the mental impact it has on everyone involved.

I look at the financial impact of whatever decision it is and if I am still able to pay my bills,

well, no one expects you know what's the best for you 😅 so listen the advice of your friends/family but make your own decisions 👍

Im pretty bad with this. I think its good that you think of the moral. I really like that and it once was something where I nearly was proud on myself, but yeah... big mistakes made me stop to pretend I can be proud on my moral. Im a big big fan of listen to my heart and I maybe give them around 80-90% power for the final decision cause I dont think something else will point me to the place where I need to be but sometimes I listen to much on this. On the one hand its great and I really feel happy but sometimes I cage myself in a perfect Disney world where everyone is nice or in the opposite. Im not yet grown up fully and I wanna have time for small mistakes. Im not so close with my parents and  the other person are no option for me. Money for sure is important. I dont wanna end like yeah, you know. I just like punk music and a little lifestyle but I dont wanna loose a clean home and my travel plans. A pro contra list can help sometimes too I think or write it down generally. It need to be the right and thankfully I dont have such a criminal heart that it would me wanted things which are illegal most of the time. Maybe im to selfish to listen to someone else or I wanna do my own mistakes to be sure. I have my granddad but yeah. I love him but times change and that's good and I cant talk about everything with him. I think you have a good plan if you do it like that, very healthy and maybe I need to grow up someday to give my brain more power but for now I only listen to my heart. Between all others its the best opinion.
