Yesterday the thumb area on my right hand starting hurting/throbbing. Then today its moved to my pointer finger as well and towards the middle of the top of my hand. Wtf?

Two nights ago I had a strange and somewhat terrifying dream...

So I just bought my VW maybe 2 weeks ago.
I was walking out to my car about 10 minutes ago while my landlord was mowing the lawn.
He drags the mower across the driveway and just before I get around the corner to my car I hear a smash!
