I was laughing up Pepsi when I read the Jackman comment...I was talking to a couple of people at the bar about the same thing. I fucking popped out of bed at 9 this morning, completely unable to sleep. I've tried twice since then. No dice. It's very fucking irritating. I'm still tired. Very tired. I went to bed late. What the hell? Now I'll nap later, and I hate naps. I never wake up feeling refreshed, only grumpy and groggy.

you should try ambient sounds. Not necessarily baby whales and rainforests and shit like that... but try different stuff and see what works for you. Seriously Sonic Youth helps me sleep better.
