What works for me (sometimes) is just accepting it. Just telling myself 'ok I get like this sometimes, I've just gotta work through it & avoid people as much as possible until it's done. Those who love me accept it & why give a shit about those who don't?' And if no-one loves me, so what, they will again - even though I don't look anywhere near as good as you naked!
Works for me, hope it's useful to you but ultimately, I'm just someone on a MB who looks at naked women, not Dr Phil.

- Nothing ever does. Sod it. All we can do is change how we react to it, which took me time & practise & is hard to do when we're in that place. The finncial security, no washer etc, are real problems, yes, but magnified. It's the mind trying to justify why we feel this way but the bottom line is we ust feel this way 'cos we feel this way. But it'll lift soon.
