In the middle of this Covid chaos, I finally started to practice something I wanted for years and I didn't have time, Yoga. It's amazing to see how our breathing, our elasticity gets better. It's a really great way to connect your soul and mind to your body and spend time with yourself. ♥️

This week it was my 100 day confinement anniversary, not easy, but I feel happy that I have the chance to be at home with people I love.

Here in Brazil things are getting worst, how about you and your country? How is everything?

How are you taking care of your health during this hard time?

I'm trying to do exercises, like dacing, not eat junk food all the time (not easy), some stretches, it's important to keep our body active ❤️

I love to travel but one of the things that I love about Brazil is the weather, everything is better with the sun, and summer season is almost here, tell me, what city would you like to visit in Brazil?

Hi guys, I wanna share with you my amazing experience in Italy, I went to Firenze, Rome, Napoli, Sorrento, Capri, Genoa, Imperia and Nice in France, the most beautiful 17 days ever, Italian are so nice and handsome, the food is amazing and of course, look at this ocean, hope I can come back soon.
