Broadway at the Beach was a fun outdoor attraction. Lots of little shops and things to entertain (aquarium, movie theatre, etc). There are tons of hotels down by the beach. I didn't stay in one, but I know you can get some pretty good deals.
There's a great Japanese buffet out there, but I don't remember what it's called! =/

I would talk to her about it. I, personally, like to know when I'm fucking up. She may think what she's doing is harmless, or is oblivious to the problems she's causing... or she may just be taking advantage of her status and is just a bitch. Either way, I would confront her and see if there's an underlying issue, or just tell her to shape up or ship out, but maybe that's just me.

Don't confront her, then it's an issue between the two of you. If everyone is unhappy with her, make sure you aren't the only one complaining. Again, that keeps it from looking like it's just an issue between you two.
