i knwow its a bit different, but when i worked in a retail store that was commission based, some people were ready to gun me down, cuz i was getting too many sales. well i outlasted them all, and all the replacements never were in retail, so i tried to train them to help your co workers out, adn in the end we made more money as a group because we werent trying to kill each other. then we all started to leave , when the management thought they should put us in different store to boost up other locations, so out of 10 employees, 5 of us quit...haha all in the same week.
