i don't know if the place to buy fireworks is there but, purchasing a few of those tanks that shoot sparks or those snake things can add simple pleasure to any journey.
baltimore has a pretty cool dime museum and the american vsionary here is nice as well. i'd probably be long gone by the time you two head south but, if not, i can promise you good meals on wed nights or thur fri mornings.
