Yes, but I slacked and I am starting it up again on monday. If you stick with it, it will get in shape, no joke. Just pace yourself. Plyometrics on tuesdays can be rough, and the ab ripper is the most brutal 15 minutes of your life. But once you get the hang of it, it's not horrible. Good luck, I look forward to hearing how you oand your other do at it.
I am staying home today and cleaning. I'm always too lazy to clean when I get home from my moms house.
