Today was a good day! Kinda just what I needed, but I don't know why.
AFTER watching the whole series of Buffy for the 3rd time I then changed to the 5th season of Angel so as to follow Spikes character. I don't like some of the middle seasons of Angel so this seemed like a fun way to do things.
I found out that to feel better/stay healthy I have to fix my blood by eating red me/beef and lamb mostly 3-4 times a week. Seeing as I was raised not eating meat this is a bit weird. I'm going to have to learn to cook it... that's the hard part. I don't mind eating it as long as I can avoid creepy chewy bits.... Read More
I'm all over the place. Feeling good... feeling sad. Distraction seems to be the best thing for me. I guess I'm trying to chat with people online because it is distracting. Sometimes I wish SG had an instant message thing. I put an AIM thing on there... but no one uses aim... and I don't really use it. Too oldschool.
I think you really need to sit and reflect on everything that has happened. Just remember to look at the big picture, not just scrutinize the bad things. Appreciate who you are like we do. I hope you start to understand and feel better soon
Things will get better. Sometimes you need to just DO things to get your motivation back. It's so hard taking that first step but once you've done that, it makes a huge difference.
Stuff that I've found really helps me "reset" sometimes:
- Start a new workout regimen (keep it small, easy and simple to start - doing it is the important part)
- Clean and/or rearrange my place. Even just one room.
- List everything out that I want to do or have in my life. Even little things. Pick the easiest one and make it happen.
So when you rarely get dumped. And you don't wanna go crazy and bleach your hair... What do you do?
I feel that NEED. The need to make a big change in my life... no good reason. Just bad girl logic. I'm really good at having crazy girl logic that does not even make sense to other girls.

I really do hope you find someone to connect with. By the sound of it, this guy couldn't see the wonderful thing he had. "Can't see the forest for the trees". The main point is that you keep trying. Its much more than i can say. I'm so scared of a relationship i avoid people all together.
