i get my staples out at 215..... fuck, i hope it doesnt hurt. i hope there isnt some underlying problem with my leg that i just cant see, because from the outside it looks alright, except for my knee.

i hate the doctor, i hate the hospital, i hate my stupid leg.

When I had my staples out they stung, but they didn't hurt really, hopefully it's the same for you.

Yeah you might have had a bit more done in there, I had an incision at my knee where they put the rod in and one down by my ankle where they put the screws in, other than that I just had the spot where the bone broke the skin and that was it.

I went through something similar last year when I was hit by a locomotive at work, broke the tibia and fibula in my right leg. I had to lay around for 2 months before I was allowed back on it, it get's frustrating that you can't really do anything other than watch movies, read, and play video games, but it gets better, trust me.
