PS: Went back to work today, already prev'd off by my manager who felt that despite me ringing my assistant manager each day saying I was ill, that I should have rung her personally to say that I wasn't going to a managers meeting two days ago, in a City 50 miles away from where I live.
Yep! Cos being ill the first thing on my mind is that I need to worry about a meeting in Birmingham!!!! Especially as I had already rang my assistant manager and told him I was still ill. I was in my happy place after that conversation. lol.... The phrase your having a laugh came to mind lol
