I love how people always use that as an insult when people aren't all cheery and optimistic. I know things aren't always good and some people have shitstorms from hell and a lot of times they do take a long time to get better. But they will get better even if it takes a while and if it isn't in as significant way as you'd like. I know it's cliche, but it does tend to hold true eventually and this coming from a cynic.

What always keeps me going is "Without the bitter baby, the sweet ain't as sweet." Even if things are horrible, it'll just make you appreciate it more when things get better.

That makes me so happy to hear that there are people complaining, but yeah it's probably true that we just don't hear about it over here...

When Bush visited Denmark there were a lot of anti-Bush (NOT anti-american) demonstrations, but the american media probably didn't cover that either...

It's so sad to see where this world is going.

But as for moving to Europe, that is probably going to be pointless in a few years as they are fucking things up over here too.... And nobody really seems to notice..... I'm wondering what will happen to my personal freedom and my freedom of speech with all these new anti terror laws and shit that they are making, all the surveillance and so on... And I really don't think it helps one bit on the terror threat, it just gives the goverments an excuse to spy on people...

But, if you wana move why don't you just move? You could probably get a scolarship or something.

brokeback mountain was sooooo sad. i love that movie. this one guy in a chatroom (I REALLLY loathe chat rooms, but sometimes a bored-ass girl needs SOMEONE to talk to at 2 in the morning!) - anyway, he said, "What's the sequel gonna be called, 'He'll Be Cummin' 'Round the Mountain When He Cums??"
