Well my not smoking lasted a whole 4 days... I went about it the wrong way... I started smoking more right before I tried to quit. Anyway I switched back to American Spirits... They are additive free and have about 25% more tobacco in them, so I'm smoking less now at least... I went from a little over a pack a day to a half...
