Thinking on it, Judo is not the only possibility. Tae Kwan Do would also be very good for you.
Tae Kwan Do is Korean karate.
Japanese karate is a system that is 70% hands and upper body, 30% legs and feet. You'd need some solid muscle to make a punch effective.
Korean karate, on the other hand, is 70% feet and lower body, 30% hands and upper body.
You already have some very strong leg muscles...you just need to learn how to use them effectively.
Add in some spike heels, and you could do some very frightening damage. Exactly what guys like that deserve.
