Hey guys! I just got home from, what's probably, my last bishop trip of the climbing season. The high desert is already heating up like crazy!

Here's a quick little highlight real from the climbing trip:

Sparing you all a long write up, it was a fun little weekend, and my first time outside pulling at 100% with my injured hand. So aside

Wow

I thought with the coming of my latest set, Sea Hag by @michaelmae, I'd post a little update!

I'll try to keep the writing brief and the photos plentiful, I know this day in age we find it near impossible to get through all of those messy letters.. ;P

At the very beginning of the year I either slightly tore or badly strained

Anywhere in the Cascades of Oregon, or anywhere along the Oregon/Washington beaches are my favorite places. Mary's Peak in western oregon is another favorite. On rare days can see over 200 miles in any direction, and about a dozen mountains.

Any alpine climbing area with snow.  Did I mention snow?

I managed to catch an amazingly low tide by chance. Sea grass is one of my favorite earthly things, and the low tide exposed tons of it. Ghost and I laid in it for hours. It was wonderful.

Here are a few pictures I took out there:

I hope the first few days of fall have been treating you all wonderfully!

We've been lucky enough to have a bonus summer! It was almost 100º for a week! I definitely made the most of it! I spent a ton of time in the ocean with 72º water <3 Heaven!

So if you follow my instagram you'd probably notice that climbing is...

Very cool video.  You got an amazing body and I especially love it when you look at the camera.  You got wonderful eyes.  Good to be keeping in shape and getting paid to do it.  I have to because image is such a big part of our profession.  Just squatted 240 pounds 7 times last night (I weigh 160).  I love staying fit.  One of our perks is the label encourages it (and of course pays for it).

Hey everyone!

So it's my birthday this week, I'll be turning 26, and for the first time I'm really unhappy about it.

Aside from having to had cancel----postpone for now, my birthday trip to go kayaking with orcas, I maybe finally "becoming a woman" or maturing or what ever phrase you want to call it, but I'm noticing little baby signs...

V - your  competition is in the mirror. the person deep inside of you. those 18yr olds don't have anything really to offer besides their youth. youth is wasted on the young. if you got the time check out 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button' with brad pitt. belated Happy Birthday enchantress XOXO <3 <3 <3

i think the only way to deal with getting older is to just embrace it - ive had the hardest time with this as well. if you grew up being told how adult and responsible you were for your young age, it can be extremely difficult to get to a place where getting up at 6am is no longer commendable for "your age" but actually just expected... does that make sense? in getting older, ive allowed myself to admit that im not perfect/invincible or that i do make mistakes and *gasp* it's okay to screw up as long as you get the hell back up and on that horse. maybe i am babbling - im just saying that i understand your discomfort over the age thing; i think without society there to tell you how young you "should" be, you are probably the youngest old soul ive ever had the pleasure of meeting twice :) and i wouldnt think you were a day over 21. you're adorable, sexy, vivacious, funny, articulate, educated, and most of all, you know yourself more than you think you do :)
