A tough desicion to make, The only thing about these kind of desicions is the regret factor. You could stay and a few years down the road wish you had taken that job, or take the job and realize later you left behind the love of your life... I do not envy you if you have to make that desicion.

On the rap front: I was at a party a couple of weeks ago and an under-age white kid with a Napolean Dynamite afro adorned with a headband kept trying to freestyle. Problem was he was really drunk (I'll be generous and assume that was the only problem). All he could think to say was "yo," which he in fact did, repeatedly. This kept going until the police arrived at what I assumed was a much too tardy response to a noise complaint from earlier in the evening when people were spilled out from the stoop to the sidewalk. He cheesed it out the back door and I never saw him again. This may be the first time in history the Portland Police made a party better.
