i never thought i would learn so much about beer. i never thought i would study so much just to serve beer. i never thought i would have a big fat training book, just to wear pleated skirts and knee high socks to work. as if it wasn't bad enough already, i feel myself slowly, slowly... becoming more of a beer snob...
