So....
I did not sleep last night. I turned off my phone from about 1 AM to 6 AM thinking that shutting out the world would bring me some peace, but alas.
I am still fucking awake
BRING ON THE MONDAY!!!!!
Anyway....
I just stumbled upon this...
and I'm rather shocked at how accurate it is. Sometimes, I think astrology is nonsense and sometimes I go... Holy.Mother.Fuck. You're only going to be interested if you, too, are a Pisces. Ha ha. I expect Zero comments... except maybe from a stray Pisces, swimming accidentally in my crazy blog world.
Pisces III: The Week of Dancers and Dreamers
~March 11-18~
The Pisces III period takes Dancers and Dreamers as its central image. Strongly philosophical, Pisces IIIs often spend time contemplating the intricacies of the universe. Their minds roam freely over areas that many would find daunting or at least mysterious. They start wondering about the meaning of life early on, and, indeed, these issues can become the driving force behind their careers and lifestyles. Although visionary in thought, Pisces IIIs have an intensely practical side and, often, well-developed technical or scientific skills. They may seem quite down-to-earth, pragmatic, even ordinary types, yet their achievements at times border on the miraculous or the paranormal. They may manifest clairvoyant or telepathic abilities, often at an early age. {Is this why I see ghosts? or is that because I'm a nutjob?}
Pisces IIIs must beware appearing too glib and learn when to speak on a given subject. Their omniscient manner can antagonize people. Developing humility and admitting mistakes will only add to their credibility. To an unusual degree, however, their lives are ruled by fate. Yet curious wanderlust or impermanence in their lifestyles can make for frequent moves. Although Pisces IIIs usually seen very independent, they need to feel that they count. The need to be needed may be one of their most vulnerable points. Pisces IIIs can be unstable and unrealistic in their romantic relationships and often get involved with the wrong partner. Yet if they make the commitment to a love that is positive and nurturing, they are quite capable of making loyal and devoted spouses.
YES, I have moved more times than most anyone I've ever met, I live on Neptune yet I can get all my shit done, and I always get involved with the most beautiful trainwrecks because I take care of everyone and can detach from the bad stuff and pretend it isn't happening. (This last bit is not a positive quality, and I'm trying to be more realistic and less of an unintentional masochist, really)
Damn it, birthday!!!!!!!
And then I saw these (excerpts)
It's hard to fool a Pisces. ... Pisces will look, see, feel saddened, and forgive, and will generally let himself be taken advantage of or cheated despite his insight. Why? Well, I've asked Pisces people that, when they've got into the classic Pisces bind of being the sucker. 'It doesn't really matter that much,' they say. Or, 'Well, he needed it more than I do.' Or some other remark which reminds you once again that this world is not the real one for the Fish. He hears a different drumbeat.
(Story of my life. I have said SO MANY TIMES exactly this: "well s/he needed the money/space/iPod/my favorite dress they stole, whatever... it's just material shit" or "sure he flew into a drunken rage at someone else and took it out on me, but it's done now, so why make a fuss?" (idiot idiot idiot)
You might think he can easily be dominated. Think again. In fact his world doesn't include dominant or submissive. He'll play pliant on the surface because it's easier, because it's not that often important enough to draw blood. Beneath that pliant surface, it isn't that he needs to control; he just wants to be left alone. Try to dominate, and you'll discover you're empty-handed. He's simply drifted away, without a fuss.
Ah yes. I rarely make a theatrical exit, but I do quietly disappear from the lives of those who I no longer deem necessary be around...
This is not likely to be a lover who only notices one man, or one woman. That's impossible for Pisces; he's not only interested in everybody, he's often attracted to everybody. His morals are his own; better find out what they are first, so you aren't surprised later. Don't take him for granted. But the curious detachment in this sign is in evidence even in this highly fraught situations, when he says it meant nothing, and it would be better if it meant nothing to you too.
Oh no. This is true as well. I stare at every ass that passes me, good or bad. It's a condition I've got But I've never been genuinely unfaithful to anyone, and I wouldn't be. I just have an active imagination, and an ever present desire to kiss girls even though I usually date boys.
There is also a quality in Pisces, like Virgo - the opposite sign - which is essentially untouched and unpossessable, no matter how formal the contact is, no matter how long you've known him. Some part of Pisces will always belong to the cosmos, to his own inner self, and not to you. Unlike the simpler signs such as Aries or Taurus, Pisces is simply not capable of saying, 'Here I am, a simple soul at heart. I'm yours.' He may give you forty-five of the sixty-eight selves he's discovered that week. Don't expect all of them. There will be dreams, visions, that he can never communicate. If you keep asking a Pisces what he's thinking about every time he gets that vague, dreamy look in his eye, you'll drive him and yourself crazy, and never get any satisfactory answers. The real truth is that he probably doesn't know; he just went off, and if left alone, will undoubtedly come back again. Many of Pisces' ways of communicating are nonverbal; it's not a sign that excels in debate and defence. Many Pisceans are completely inept at explaining themselves or their feelings. They rely on touch, atmosphere, a subtle communion that is almost telepathic. Try to force them into rigid explanations and definitions and it's like holding a handful of water; it slides through your fingers and it's gone.
Wow. Thanks, creepy astrology, for describing me entirely. This personology thing is SUPER long actually, and the rest of it was accurate too, but this was just... really, really accurate.
This girl, she's the queen of it's-no-big-deal-I'll-just-tolerate-it-even-though-I-know-I'm-getting-fucked, or just letting things slide because I don't see the point of rocking the boat (and the truth is, it really doesn't matter all that much. I think people get worked up over nonsense far too often, and I have no interest in being so agitated. "Oh, you owe me money? Pay me next century.")
I spend half my verbal energy explaining that I can't explain what I'm thinking, and hoping whoever I'm talking is in tune enough with me to just "know what I'm trying to say?" ... Most anyone who talks to me often could tell you I often can half express myself and half totally fail. (Sometimes I succeed)
Oh. A lot of people do NOT know what I'm trying to say. Cosmic non-connectivity problem, maybe?
